This site, these writings and this blog may at times not be appropriate for minors based on what you share with your children but I do believe its important to start talking to your children and monitoring mental health at a younger age.
I’m not a doctor. I don’t prescribe medication. I am writing articles about health topics and other opinions in between to create awareness, and provide you with tools and tips to help you problem solve and come to your own conclusions of what’s best for you (the same thing I help assist with in a session!). This blog and its information is for potential clients, currently clients, and anyone looking to not feel alone in their struggles and overwhelm, to expand your mind, to learn to cope more effectively, and to take action in your daily life! My intention is to encourage you to EMBRACE what life throws your way and who you are, to OVERCOME any obstacles that may stank in your path, and to recognize that only you can CREATE YOUR LIFE. Nobody has the power to do that for you. Talk to a real, live professional before altering any health treatments or for any mental health questions or concerns.
