EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a type of therapy which allows a person to alleviate emotional discomfort due to difficult experiences that they may encounter throughout their lives.
When we experience something difficult, the way our brain stores these memories affects how we view ourselves, others and the world we live in.
EMDR therapy takes those memories and all the information that is inside (images, beliefs, emotions and physical sensations) and taps into those networks that are creating that emotional discomfort, allowing them to be processed more adaptively.
You can have your session from your Home, Office, or even your Car!
Distance therapy is designed for individuals with busy schedules, lack of providers available in their geographic location or physical impairments that prevent them from leaving their home. This can be for anyone who wants the flexibility of having your session from where-ever you need for your comfort. Clients receive therapy via HIPPA protected internet websites and/or apps.
This is a great place to tell people more about yourself and peak their interest.
