Holistic Reflection Prompts to End 2023

As 2023 comes to a close, you may be reflecting on major events that occurred this past year. In the arts and pop culture world, Beyoncé’s and Taylor Swift’s tours were monumental. In the film industry, Barbie and Oppenheimer releasing on the same day brought in $4 billion to the summer box office. Technological advancements including Chat GPT hit the scene in 2023 and launching of SpaceX.

While the macrosystem wins of 2023 may be on your mind, what about your own wins? What successes have you encountered in 2023? How have they shaped your worldview and your wellness?

In terms of wellness, you may remember our series on the Wellness Wheel if you’ve been following our blog for awhile. The Wellness Wheel breaks down wellness into eight categories - spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual, environmental, social, occupational, and financial. We can use the Wellness Wheel to help reflect on your wellness journey in 2023!

To help you reflect on your experience in 2023, check out 24 reflection prompts based on the Wellness Wheel from the holistic counselors at Rise and Thrive Counseling below!
